Hall-Perrine Cancer Center hosts Lilly Oncology on Canvas art exhibition

The Lilly Oncology on Canvas art exhibition is coming to the Hall-Perrine Cancer Center at Mercy Medical Center, 701 10th St. SE. The exhibit is open to the public from March 31 to April 4, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

The traveling exhibit includes artwork created by individuals from across the U.S. and Puerto Rico who have been diagnosed with any type of cancer — as well as their families, friends, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Through art each individual tells the story of their own cancer journey.

Lilly Oncology hosts a competition along with this exhibition. Individuals who have been touched by cancer are encouraged to share their story through art, and join the contest. Visit the exhibition for more information, or contact Sandra Ahrendsen at Mercy’s Hall-Perrine Cancer Center at or by calling (319) 861-7998.
