Beyond the state-of-the-art technology in the Hall-Perrine Cancer Center, you’ll find ReNew, a holistic image center providing patients with services focused on treating the whole person – during and after treatment.
Massage
Our licensed massage therapists will use skilled touch and therapeutic techniques to knead muscles and soft tissues in the body to promote relaxation and well-being. Each massage session will be customized to fit our patient’s needs and safely nurture the mind, body and spirit. This service is offered as a way to take a natural approach to aid the body in the healing process. Hall-Perrine Cancer Center patients that are undergoing treatment have the option to schedule a complimentary massage as part of their comprehensive cancer care.

Salon Services
The ReNew salon offers a wide variety of services in a discreet, relaxed environment. Our licensed cosmetologists provide a one-on-one wig consultation. This includes a fit, cut and style to suit each individual’s customized look. The Hall-Perrine Cancer Center sells the highest quality wigs in a wide range of styles and colors from modern to classic.

Skin Therapy
Oncology esthetics provides relief to dry, irritated and fragile skin – a common side effect of cancer treatment. This service involves a complete body treatment consisting of a very gentle exfoliation. Next, relax with an oncology massage using a non-comedogenic Jojoba Oil that provides antioxidants and nutritive benefits to the skin.

Rehabilitation Services
Occupational Therapy
The Hall-Perrine Cancer Center offers specialized occupational therapists that work with patients to increase their independence with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, household tasks and returning to work. Specialized services also include treatment for hand neuropathies resulting from chemotherapy.
Breast Therapy
Our oncology breast cancer and certified lymphedema specialist provides support to patients with their pre- and post-treatment needs. Additional services include garment and prosthetics fittings from our certified mastectomy fitter. Lymphedema (swelling of the arm) and Axillary Web Syndrome (sometimes referred to as "cording") is a common side effect for patients who have undergone breast mastectomy or lumpectomy procedures. Our certified lymphedema occupational therapist works with patients to reduce or minimize risk factors and discomfort while improving range of motion.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy services are offered to improve balance, general weakness, vestibular and gait problems as well as provide treatment therapies for neuropathy. A physician order is required for all therapy services as well as mastectomy bras, prosthesis garments and compression sleeves for insurance coverage.
