Dr. Smith and his wife, Claire, keep quite busy with their four children; as well as his extended family, which consists of 6 siblings and 15 nieces and nephews. Dr. Smith is a Navy veteran and has traveled extensively throughout this country, Europe and the Middle East. He and his wife are looking forward to exploring the Midwest and all it has to offer.

Dr. Smith did not inform me during my visit that I'd had abnormal urine findings in my dipstick test. He did not explain why no imaging was necessary nor did he seem to care that my symptoms were causing a lot of anxiety. Rather he espoused a wait and see approach even though my PCP indicated a chance of cancer.

Dr. Smith provided excellent advise and information, and guided me to not be in fear of future situations that could follow my recovery from my surgery. I am blessed to have him as my doctor.
