Prostate cancer survivorship is more than just completing treatment. We provide continued specialized care for your transition from active treatment to daily life as a cancer survivor. Our experts help with side effect management and regaining quality of life.
Our experienced team of doctors, nurses, counselors, dietitians and research coordinators can help you with the following:
- Provide an individualized cancer treatment summary and care plan.
- Manage side effects you are experiencing as a result of treatment.
- Order testing, such as scans or blood tests as needed.
- Certified sexual health counselors to provide customized treatment plans for patients and their partners.
- Certified cancer dietitians to implement evidence-based diet guidelines aimed at reducing cancer recurrences and easing treatment side effects.
- Prostate cancer support counselors to meet regularly with patients and their partners helping them cope with common feelings of anxiety, depression and promote overall well-being during and after their cancer treatment.
- Dedicated physical therapists and health coaches to help patients rebuild strength to return to work and activities faster.
- Genetic counselors to discuss the potential for genetic mutations and the impact this may have on their treatment, surveillance and screening of other family members.
- Refer to another healthcare provider, if needed.
